2. Description of Service

Snarkle is an AI-powered tool that generates social media reply suggestions using Anthropic's Claude AI. The Service allows users to input text or images and receive AI-generated reply options in various tones.

3. User Accounts

To use Snarkle, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Usage Limits and Subscriptions

Snarkle offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: 15 reply generations per day
• Premium Tier: Unlimited reply generations for $8/month

Usage limits reset daily at midnight UTC. We reserve the right to modify pricing and limits with 30 days notice to existing users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Snarkle to:

• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or defame others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent usage limits
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Snarkle is provided "as is" for your review and use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the appropriateness of any AI-generated content before posting it publicly. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of generated replies.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you input into Snarkle. AI-generated replies created by the Service are provided to you for your use. Snarkle's branding, code, and original content remain our property.

8. Payment and Refunds

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your billing period.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNARKLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
